We are seeking a Responsible AI Research Intern to support the development of Responsible AI (RAI) industry playbooks. This internship offers hands-on experience in analyzing global best practices, policy frameworks, and enterprise adoption trends in Responsible AI, while contributing to thought leadership on the future of ethical and trustworthy AI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the creation of research artifacts (industry playbooks, white papers, and executive briefs) focused on Responsible AI strategies, governance, and implementation frameworks across industries.
  • Conduct in-depth secondary and primary research through participation in analyst briefings and discussions with AI and ethics leaders across enterprises, tech providers, and regulatory bodies.
  • Support data-driven analysis and synthesis of Responsible AI trends, including risk mitigation approaches, transparency standards, and compliance frameworks.
  • Assist in project coordination and research documentation, ensuring high-quality outputs within defined timelines.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Currently pursuing an undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Computer Science, Public Policy, or related fields.
  • Strong interest in AI ethics, governance, and policy frameworks, and curiosity about how enterprises operationalize Responsible AI.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret data, synthesize insights, and present research clearly.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to analytical depth and clarity.
  • Has an interest in tracking market trends in AI and is enthusiastic about its implications in enterprise business environment
  • Has excellent quantitative and data interpretation skills
  • Has a strong sense of ownership and adherence to quality and timelines
  • Has excellent communication and presentation skills – both written and verbal (English)
  • Has the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment across multiple time zones/ geographies
