Role:
This client-facing role is to lead the delivery of BPS benchmarking and advisory engagements and work streams for large enterprises, focusing on enterprise/business process transformation and optimization strategies. These engagements have multi-faceted objectives and impacts, including business, technical, organizational, operational, and cost reduction impacts.

Role:
This client-facing role is to lead the delivery of BPS benchmarking and advisory engagements and work streams for large enterprises, focusing on enterprise/business process transformation and optimization strategies. The key roles and responsibilities for this position would include the following:
• Work with Avasant clients to:
- Understand BPS benchmarking requirements across enterprise processes (including areas such as F&A, FP&A, HRO, Supply Chain & Procurement, Sales & Back Office, Customer Services; and industry specific areas such as Revenue Cycle Management, Trust & safety, to name a few,
- Guide the client teams throughout the data collection process.
- Select relevant KPIs/KRIs for assessing the client’s operations.
- Perform quantitative analysis of client data on cost and operations.
- Provide benchmarking analysis compared to industry peers / operationally comparable organizations.
- Develop business cases to support the recommendations
- Define BPS benchmarking requirements across enterprise process services including (but not limited to) F&A, FP&A, HRO, Supply Chain & Procurement, Sales & Back Office, and Customer Services
- Define BPS benchmarking requirements for industry specific areas such as Revenue Cycle Management, Specialized Legal Services, Trust & safety, to name a few, covering all industry verticals
- Develop product requirements to institutionalize benchmarking capabilities
- Refine the data collection process for benchmarking data.
- Engage with senior leadership teams and CXOs of client organizations seeking benchmarking expertise for their Business Process operations
- Engage with the industry ecosystem comprising of Service Providers, technology, and platform firms (ISVs), research consumers, and others directly.
- Lead and develop, financial business case, and strategies around business process transformation and digital technologies
- Experience in architecting, executing, and managing transition planning and transition support activities
- Deep knowledge of the market for process and IT automation technologies, business process management solutions, and integration software
- MBA or equivalent from Tier 1 institutes. 7-10 years of IT consulting, management consulting and/or operations management, in a consulting firm
- Experience in solutioning, pre-sales, bid-management in the BPS space (across F&A outsourcing, Procurement outsourcing, Human Resources outsourcing, contact center outsourcing, and other industry-specific business processes).
- Experience with working on RFI/RFQ/RFP documents will be an advantage.
- Exposure to various commercial modelling (Fixed Bid, T&M, Investments – Zero cost Bids [Skin in the game], Price per Unit Model, Licensing Model)
- Experience in managing and developing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, managing client expectations, and mining client accounts
- Experience with creating business cases for transformation and modernization, including analysis of both total cost of ownership and potential cost and revenue impacts of the transformation
- Support of proposal development
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills – both written and verbal (English).
- Strong analytical and reasoning skills
- Strong sense of ownership and adherence to quality and timelines
- Demonstrated leadership, client management, project management and business development skills
