Production Assistant – Event Support 

$25/hour 
📍 On-site in Huntington Beach| Short-Term Event Role 

• We are seeking reliable and energetic Production Assistants to support a multi-day event. This is a hands-on role ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy working behind the scenes to create seamless event experiences. 

Schedule & Staffing Needs 

*Please have an understanding of your schedule before applying. You must be at least available at least Monday and Tuesday.

• Sunday, May 3rd (Load-In)

• Monday, May 4th

• Tuesday, May 5th

• Wednesday, May 6th: (Load-Out)

Candidates may apply for one or multiple days based on availability. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Usher guests to and from event spaces 

• Remove and reset chairs during panel transitions 

• Assist with floral arrangements and decorative setup 

• Support event styling and on-site décor adjustments 

• Assist with load-in and load-out as needed 

• Provide general event support to ensure smooth operations 

Qualifications 

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills 

• Ability to lift at least 30 pounds 

• Must be comfortable standing and walking for 6–8 hours 

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment 

• Team-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude 

• Previous event or production experience is a plus (not required)
